We open a site for a group like yours and walk the pages a patient would: finder, location page, provider page, booking request.
Hub or one site per location, decided
We look at how your offices are named and where their patients come from, and suggest the structure. Usually obvious inside five minutes.
Where each office's requests should go
Practice management system, group CRM, or both. We note the destination per office so routing is configured on day one.
The plan, the launch date, and what we need
You leave with the plan that fits, a launch date 7, 10 or 15 days out, and a short list of what to send us. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
