A website for an orthodontic group where every satellite office books its own consultations
An orthodontic group website has one job above the others: turn a parent or an adult searching for aligners or braces near a specific town into a booked consultation at the right satellite office, with the orthodontist who works there that day.
What usually goes wrong for orthodontic groups
- Satellite offices open two or three days a week, and the site shows one set of hours for the whole group, so families arrive on the wrong day.
- Free consultation requests are not tagged with an office, so the treatment coordinator has to call back just to ask which location.
- Aligner and braces pages are generic, so a parent cannot tell which office offers early treatment for a seven-year-old.
- The orthodontist rotates between offices and the site never says where they are this week.
The pages your site will carry
Written from what you tell us on the onboarding call, approved by you before launch, and kept accurate every week after it.
- Home with the finder pre-set to free consultations
- One location page per satellite office with the days it is open
- Clear aligners page with the offices and doctors that offer them
- Braces page covering metal, ceramic and early treatment options
- Adult orthodontics page
- One provider page per orthodontist with their weekly office schedule
- Financing and insurance page
- Book a free consultation
Consultation finder by office and day
A parent picks aligners, braces or early treatment, enters their town and sees the nearest offices with the days each is open, the orthodontist working there and a request for a free consultation at that office. The request lands with that office's treatment coordinator in your CRM, tagged with the treatment type, so the callback is about scheduling rather than sorting.
Three ways to run it

Questions from orthodontic groups
Our orthodontist works at three offices on different days. Can the site show that?
Yes. Each provider page carries a weekly schedule by office, and each location page lists who is there on which days. When a schedule changes, it is a weekly detail update and does not use a revision.
Can the finder offer virtual consultations as well as in-office ones?
Yes. Virtual consultation can be listed as an option alongside each office, routed to whichever coordinator handles it, with its own confirmation message and its own instructions for photos.
Will articles be written for parents or for adults?
Both, as separate articles. A guide for parents on when to book a first orthodontic assessment and a guide for adults on clear aligners are different searches, and each links to the right page and the finder pre-set to that treatment. They are general information, never a treatment recommendation.
Do promotions like a seasonal aligner offer fit the site?
Yes, as a revision. A promotion page or a banner on the relevant service pages can be added and removed within the two to five working day turnaround, and the finder can carry the offer for the offices where it applies.
