Dental group websites from $137 a month, live in 7 days

One monthly fee covers every office in the group. Domain and Cloudflare hosting are included, never itemized. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are happy with it. Three plans, compared line by line below.

Five problems the fee removes

Each is structural. Each is fixed by how the site is built and run, not by a design refresh.

One office ranks and the rest are an address list

What it costs: Every office without its own page is invisible to the patient searching two towns over, so the flagship turns people away while a satellite front desk sits quiet.

The fix: Each location gets its own page with address, hours, parking, the providers on site, the services offered there and Dentist schema of its own. Search engines rank office pages, not group pages with a list of addresses, so every office gets its own chance to appear for its own town.

Requests land in a shared inbox and get forwarded by hand

What it costs: The wrong office calls back, or nobody does, and the patient books with whoever answered first.

The fix: Forms, finder requests and AI-taken bookings carry the office, the provider and the service, and are delivered to that office's front desk system or your group CRM by API, Zapier or Make. Nothing waits for someone to forward it. If an office changes its system, only that office's routing changes.

Hours, providers and insurance drift out of date across offices

What it costs: A patient turns up on a Thursday the office is closed, and the review they leave is about the website.

The fix: Any office manager emails the change: a holiday closure, a new hygienist, a plan you stopped accepting. We apply it that week to the page, the schema and the finder together, and confirm what changed. It does not use a revision, and nobody at your group logs in to anything.

The site is slow on a phone between appointments

What it costs: Patients searching from a car park do not wait for a page builder to load; they tap the next result, which is a competitor.

The fix: Every page is built as a static file with almost no JavaScript and served from Cloudflare's edge, so a location page opens as fast as the home page on a weak connection. We guarantee the score on mobile and desktop and fix any page that drops below it because of our work.

Nobody owns the website, so nothing gets written and nothing gets fixed

What it costs: The blog stops after the launch, the dentist who left is still on the team page, and the next redesign is a five-figure project all over again.

The fix: We design it, build it, host it, write 2 researched articles a week, apply weekly detail updates and turn 5 revisions a month around in 2 to 5 working days. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are happy with it, and there is never a rebuild bill.

Speed, guaranteed on every office page

  • Static, hand-coded pages, served from Cloudflare's edge, with almost no JavaScript.
  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop for every page we build.
  • Images sized for their slot, fonts with swap, no sliders, no page-builder plugins.
  • Any page that drops below the score because of our work is fixed at no charge.

Ranking, office by office

  • One page per office with its own Dentist schema, hours and address, aligned with its Google Business Profile.
  • Service pages written once at group level and linked to the offices that offer them, so they do not compete with each other.
  • Provider pages with Person schema tied to their offices.
  • Guaranteed to start ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months, or we keep working at no charge.

Included on every plan

The articles we write, and what they are for

2 a week on Chairside and Operatory Suite, 3 on Group, each 2,500 to 3,200 words with cited sources. General information for patients, never a treatment plan.

  • Service explainers

What a procedure involves, how to prepare and how to book, linked to the offices and providers that offer it.

  • Office guides

What to expect at a specific location: parking, the first visit, the team on site, the plans accepted there.

  • Comparison guides

Aligners against braces, single implant against bridge, written as general information with sources, never a recommendation for a reader's own case.

  • Patient questions

The questions people type before they call: cost ranges in general terms, timing, sedation options, insurance and financing.

  • Referrer pages

For surgical and specialist groups: how referrals move, what to send, who handles what at which office.

Revisions

  • 5 revisions a month included, across every office, not per office.
  • A revision is one change request of any size: a new provider page, a rewritten service page, a changed layout.
  • Additional revisions are $20 each. No hourly billing anywhere.
  • Completed within 2 to 5 working days of receiving what we need.

Weekly detail updates

Applied every week without using a revision. Email them from any office.

  • Opening hours and holiday closures per office
  • Providers joining, leaving or moving between offices
  • Insurance plans accepted or dropped per office
  • New suite numbers, parking or entrance notes
  • Services added or withdrawn at an office
  • Phone numbers and booking destinations

Four steps from today to live

  1. Day 0

    Pay the first monthly invoice

Pick a plan and pay the first month. That is the whole commitment; the $797 build fee waits until your site is live.

  2. Day 1

    One onboarding call

Thirty minutes with your operations lead: offices, providers, services, brand, where each office's requests should go, and hub or one site per location.

  3. Build

    We build

We design the site, write the pages, configure the finder for each office and connect each front desk. You review, we revise.

  4. Day 7 to 15

    Live, then the build fee

Your site goes live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. Only then is the $797 build fee invoiced. Weekly updates start the same week.

Pricing questions

Twelve questions about the money and the terms. More on the FAQ page.

What do we actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137 for Chairside, $297 plus AI usage for Operatory Suite, or $747 for Group. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are satisfied with it. The domain and the hosting are inside the monthly figure. There are no per-office fees.

Is the monthly fee per office or per group?

Per group. One monthly fee covers every office on the site, however many you have, on a hub or on separate sites within the same plan. Adding an office is a revision, not a new subscription. The $797 build fee is also charged once for the whole group, not once per location.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five in a month?

A revision is one change request, and there is no limit on how much goes into it. A new provider page, a rewritten implant service page, a changed layout on the hub: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new service pages for the downtown office, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month across every office, not per office. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size. Unused revisions do not roll over.

What are weekly detail updates, and do they use up revisions?

Weekly detail updates are the small facts that go stale across many offices: hours, holiday closures, a new hygienist, an insurance plan you stopped accepting, a provider moving between locations. Send them from any office and we apply them each week to the page, the schema and the finder together. They do not count against your revisions. Revisions are for changes to pages and structure; detail updates are for keeping every office accurate.

How many articles do you write, and who writes them?

2 researched articles a week on Chairside and Operatory Suite, 3 a week on Group, each 2,500 to 3,200 words. Our editorial team writes them from real sources and cites those sources on the page. They are general information for patients and families, never a diagnosis or treatment plan, and you can review any article before or after it goes live.

How is AI usage billed on the Operatory Suite plan?

Operatory Suite is $297 a month plus usage. Usage is the AI minutes and messages your offices actually consume, billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us with nothing added. There is no minimum and no bundle to guess at, and you see the usage line on every invoice.

Can the AI receptionist be turned off for one office but not the others?

Yes. The AI Engine is configured per office. A busy flagship can keep its own front desk answering first and let the AI catch overflow, while a satellite office with a part-time desk can route everything to the AI outside its open hours. Each office keeps its own greeting, its own providers and its own booking destination.

Can each office keep its own domain?

Yes. Existing office domains can point to their location page on the hub, redirect to the hub, or stay as standalone sites if you choose one site per location. The free domain covers the main one; additional office domains you already own keep renewing with your registrar, and we configure them at no charge. Every domain stays registered to your group.

We already have a site per office. How do you move us to a hub?

We map every existing page across your offices to its new address on the hub, keep every office page that ranks, and add 301 redirects from the old URLs so search engines follow the move. Reviews, provider bios and photos are carried across. You approve the map before launch. Old domains keep working as redirects for as long as you keep them registered.

Is ChairsideWeb a dental practice or a dental marketing agency?

Neither. ChairsideWeb is a website design and management company. We are not a dental practice, dental group, dentist or healthcare provider, we never give dental or medical advice, and content on client sites is general information rather than a diagnosis or treatment plan. We build and run the website; the clinical care, and every claim about it, stays with your practice.

Pick a plan on the call, not before it.

Book a demo, see a site built for your kind of group, and leave with the structure, the plan and the launch date. Nothing is charged until the first month, and the build fee waits for launch.
