Five things that go wrong on a dental group website

Every one of them costs a booking somewhere in the group, and every one of them is a structural problem rather than a design one.

One office ranks and the rest are an address list

What it costs: Every office without its own page is invisible to the patient searching two towns over, so the flagship turns people away while a satellite front desk sits quiet.

Requests land in a shared inbox and get forwarded by hand

What it costs: The wrong office calls back, or nobody does, and the patient books with whoever answered first.

Hours, providers and insurance drift out of date across offices

What it costs: A patient turns up on a Thursday the office is closed, and the review they leave is about the website.

The site is slow on a phone between appointments

What it costs: Patients searching from a car park do not wait for a page builder to load; they tap the next result, which is a competitor.

Nobody owns the website, so nothing gets written and nothing gets fixed

What it costs: The blog stops after the launch, the dentist who left is still on the team page, and the next redesign is a five-figure project all over again.

What we solve, problem by problem

Pick a problem and read the fix that ships with every ChairsideWeb site.

The problem

One office ranks and the rest are an address list.

Every office without its own page is invisible to the patient searching two towns over, so the flagship turns people away while a satellite front desk sits quiet.

The fix

A page per office, with its own schema

Each location gets its own page with address, hours, parking, the providers on site, the services offered there and Dentist schema of its own. Search engines rank office pages, not group pages with a list of addresses, so every office gets its own chance to appear for its own town.

The problem

Requests land in a shared inbox and get forwarded by hand.

The wrong office calls back, or nobody does, and the patient books with whoever answered first.

The fix

Every request routed to the office that will see the patient

Forms, finder requests and AI-taken bookings carry the office, the provider and the service, and are delivered to that office's front desk system or your group CRM by API, Zapier or Make. Nothing waits for someone to forward it. If an office changes its system, only that office's routing changes.

The problem

Hours, providers and insurance drift out of date across offices.

A patient turns up on a Thursday the office is closed, and the review they leave is about the website.

The fix

Weekly detail updates, applied by us

Any office manager emails the change: a holiday closure, a new hygienist, a plan you stopped accepting. We apply it that week to the page, the schema and the finder together, and confirm what changed. It does not use a revision, and nobody at your group logs in to anything.

The problem

The site is slow on a phone between appointments.

Patients searching from a car park do not wait for a page builder to load; they tap the next result, which is a competitor.

The fix

Static pages from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed

Every page is built as a static file with almost no JavaScript and served from Cloudflare's edge, so a location page opens as fast as the home page on a weak connection. We guarantee the score on mobile and desktop and fix any page that drops below it because of our work.

The problem

Nobody owns the website, so nothing gets written and nothing gets fixed.

The blog stops after the launch, the dentist who left is still on the team page, and the next redesign is a five-figure project all over again.

The fix

Fully managed, on one monthly fee

We design it, build it, host it, write 2 researched articles a week, apply weekly detail updates and turn 5 revisions a month around in 2 to 5 working days. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are happy with it, and there is never a rebuild bill.

What a group gets out of it

Every office ranks on its own.

Each location page carries its own address, hours, providers and Dentist schema, so an office two towns from the flagship shows up for the patient two towns from the flagship.

The right front desk calls back.

Requests carry office, provider and service and land in that office's system. No forwarding, no shared inbox, no guessing which location the patient meant.

Patients find the chair, not the group.

The finder takes a service and a town to the nearest office with today's hours and the clinicians on site, then sends the request there.

Nobody at your group logs in.

Changes go by email. Weekly detail updates and monthly revisions are applied by us, in working days, across every office at once.

The site stays fast after launch.

Static pages, no plugins, edge hosting. The score we guarantee on day one is the score you keep, because nothing gets bolted on later.

Nothing on it is dental advice.

Service pages and articles are general information and say so. Clinical claims stay with your clinicians, where they belong, and we never write them.

The flow every page is built around

Search to booking to visit, the same three steps whether the patient starts on the home page, an office page or a service page.

  1. 1

    Search

A patient types a service and a town. The finder resolves to the nearest office that offers it, with today's hours and the providers on site.

  2. 2

    Booking

The request carries the office, the provider and the service, and lands in that office's practice system or your group CRM, not a shared inbox.

  3. 3

    Visit

The right front desk already has the details and calls back. Nothing was forwarded by hand and nothing was guessed.

Before and after, office by office

The same group, the same offices, a different website underneath them.

  • Before:One contact form for the whole groupWith Chairside:A request per office, tagged with provider and service, in that office's CRM
  • Before:A page-builder template with an address list at the bottomWith Chairside:One location page per office with its own hours, providers and Dentist schema
  • Before:Service pages written once, for nobody in particularWith Chairside:Service pages that list the offices and clinicians offering each service
  • Before:Patients calling to ask which office is nearestWith Chairside:A finder that goes from service and town to the nearest chair and its providers
  • Before:An office manager asking IT to change the Saturday hoursWith Chairside:Weekly detail updates applied by us, no login and no ticket
  • Before:A blog that stopped after the launchWith Chairside:2 researched articles a week, 3 on Group, every one with cited sources

What every plan includes

The site, the finder, the domain, the hosting, the routing and the people who keep it right. Nothing itemized.

One hub, or one site per location

We build both structures, the finder and the per-office routing are identical in each, and you can move between them later with redirects rather than a rebuild.

One hub

One domain and one brand carry a page for every office, every provider and every service. Reviews, articles and authority pool in one place while each office keeps its own page, its own schema and its own booking route.

yourgroup.com
├─ /locations/northside hours, providers, schema
├─ /locations/downtown hours, providers, schema
├─ /locations/westgate hours, providers, schema
├─ /services/dental-implants offered at: northside, westgate
├─ /providers/dr-example works at: northside, downtown
└─ /blog articles, group-wide

Best when the offices share a name, the group wants one brand to grow, and marketing is run centrally.

One site per location

Each office gets its own domain and its own site with the same page structure underneath. Nothing pools, but nothing is entangled either, and an office can be sold or rebranded without touching the others.

northsidedental.com own pages, own schema
downtowndentalgroup.com own pages, own schema
westgatesmiles.com own pages, own schema
shared: finder, routing, weekly updates, articles

Best when offices trade under different names, serve distant markets, or need to stay separable for a future sale.

Not sure which fits? It is the first question on the onboarding call, and the answer is usually obvious once we have seen how your offices are named and where their patients come from. Either way, the fee is per group, not per office.

Fast on every office page, and built so each office can rank

Speed is a build decision, not a plugin. Ranking is a structure decision, not a trick. Both are in the fee.

90+PageSpeed, mobile and desktop, guaranteed
  • Static pages coded by hand, served from Cloudflare's edge, with almost no JavaScript.
  • Images sized for their slot, fonts loaded with swap, no sliders, no page-builder bloat.
  • The AI chat, where a plan includes it, loads after the page is interactive.
  • If a page drops below the score because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
3 to 5 monthsto start ranking for local searches, or we keep working at no charge
  • One page per office with its own Dentist schema, hours and address, matched to its Google Business Profile.
  • Service pages written once at group level and linked to the offices that offer them, so they do not compete with each other.
  • Provider pages with Person schema tied to their offices.
  • 2 researched articles a week that answer what patients type, each linking to a service, a provider and the finder.

What groups tell us afterwards

Every office finally has its own page with its own hours and its own providers, and the booking request lands with that front desk instead of a shared inbox nobody owns.

Questions groups ask first

Six of the questions that come up on nearly every demo. The full list, grouped, is on the FAQ page.

What exactly does a ChairsideWeb site include for a dental group?

A ChairsideWeb site includes a page for every office, every provider and every service you offer, a location and provider finder that takes a patient from a service and a town to the right front desk, booking requests routed into that office's CRM or practice system, a free domain, managed hosting, 2 researched articles a week and weekly detail updates. It is designed, hand-coded, hosted and kept accurate by us on one monthly fee, with the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch.

Should a dental group have one hub website or one site per location?

Most groups do best with one hub that carries a page per office, because reviews, articles and brand authority pool in one place and each office still gets its own address, hours, providers and schema. One site per location makes sense when offices trade under different names, serve distant markets or must stay separable for a future sale. We build either structure, and both use the same finder and the same per-office booking routing.

Is the monthly fee per office or per group?

Per group. One monthly fee covers every office on the site, however many you have, on a hub or on separate sites within the same plan. Adding an office is a revision, not a new subscription. The $797 build fee is also charged once for the whole group, not once per location.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five in a month?

A revision is one change request, and there is no limit on how much goes into it. A new provider page, a rewritten implant service page, a changed layout on the hub: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new service pages for the downtown office, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month across every office, not per office. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size. Unused revisions do not roll over.

What does the AI Engine do for a group with several front desks?

On Operatory Suite and Group the AI Engine answers calls when a front desk cannot, answers site chat, replies over SMS, Messenger and Instagram, and sends each booking request to the office the patient picked. It knows each office's hours, providers and services, it never gives dental advice, and it hands anything clinical to a person. A call-analysis PDF shows you what patients asked. A2P 10DLC registration for texting is filed by us.

What do we actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137 for Chairside, $297 plus AI usage for Operatory Suite, or $747 for Group. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are satisfied with it. The domain and the hosting are inside the monthly figure. There are no per-office fees.

Give every office a front door that works.
