Every company can build you a site. The difference shows in month seven, when a hygienist has left, an office has changed its Saturday hours, and nobody remembers who is supposed to update the website. Who does the updating, and how do you reach them
Ask who applies a change and how you request it. If the answer is a content management system login, the real answer is that your office managers do the updating, and in a group that means it stops happening within a few months. With us, nobody at your group logs in to the website. Changes are raised in your client portal, where they are tracked and visible, or sent by email from any office. Hours, closures, provider moves and insurance changes are applied weekly. Larger work is a revision, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

What is included, and what appears on a later invoice
Ask for the list of things that are not in the price. Hosting, SSL, the domain, bandwidth and the content management licence are the usual candidates, and they add up quietly. On our plans hosting is included and never billed separately, one domain is free for as long as the plan is active and registered in your name, and there is no bandwidth overage or SSL renewal. The one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. The only usage-based line is AI minutes and messages on the plans that include the AI Engine, billed at what our providers charge us.
What happens if you leave
Ask this before you sign, not afterwards. Your domain is yours and we transfer it to your registrar account on request at no charge. Within 14 days of cancellation we provide an export of your content and your articles, so nothing you paid to have written is lost. The design and the code stay ours, which is set out plainly in the terms rather than buried. Cancellation is by email, and your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday.
What the company will not do
A company that promises everything is telling you something. We do not give dental or medical advice, do not write clinical claims, outcome statistics or treatment recommendations, and do not build symptom checkers or patient portals. We are not a dental practice, dental group, dentist or healthcare provider. We will not quote you a ranking position or invent a traffic figure. What we will put in writing is the launch window, the speed guarantee, the revision turnaround, the local ranking window, and the fact that all sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days.

Questions about Dental group website development company
Do you work with groups outside dentistry?
ChairsideWeb works with dental groups and multi-site practices only. Sister companies cover other fields. The whole point of a niche is that we already know what an office page, a provider page and a referral intake need to carry.
How many offices can one plan cover?
As many as you have. The fee is per group, not per office, and adding an office is a revision. The plan you pick changes what runs alongside the site, which is the AI Engine and the Content Engine, not how many locations are included.
What are your business hours?
A person replies within one working day. Cancellation notice must reach us during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Are there refunds?
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees, the build fee and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing, reported within 30 days, which we correct within 10 working days.
Do we sign a long contract?
No. It is a monthly plan. Cancel by email with at least 2 business days notice before the next invoice date and no further invoice is raised, with the site running to the end of the month you have paid for.
