Dental group website development is where the speed guarantee is either earned or lost

Speed is a build decision, not a plugin you add afterwards. Every page we develop is a static file with almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare's edge, which is why a location page for your eleventh office opens as fast as the home page. We guarantee a 90+ PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop for every page we build, and we fix any page that drops below it because of our work at no charge. Nothing on the site depends on a plugin ecosystem staying healthy.

What "static" actually buys a group

A static page is generated once at build time and sits on the edge as a finished file. There is no database query when a patient opens your downtown office page, no theme engine deciding what to render, and no plugin chain to walk. For a group site that difference compounds: a single practice site with a slow stack costs you one slow page, while a group site costs you one per office. It also removes a class of failure that has nothing to do with traffic, the kind where a plugin update on a Tuesday takes the booking form down at every location at once.

How the guarantee is held in practice

The score is held by the things that are easy to get wrong and hard to fix later. Images are generated at the size their slot needs and served in modern formats. Fonts load with swap and a real fallback stack, so text is readable before the webfont arrives. There are no sliders, no carousels and no page-builder wrappers. The small amount of JavaScript on the site, the menu, the finder and the theme toggle, is written by hand and loads after the page is usable. Where a plan includes site chat, it initialises after the page is interactive rather than before.

The build we do that most groups never see

Development for a group is mostly data plumbing. Every office, provider and service is a record, and the pages, the finder index, the schema and the sitemap are all generated from those records. That is why changing an office's hours updates the page, the structured data and the finder together rather than in three places. It is also why adding an office is quick: one record in, one page, one schema block, one finder entry and one sitemap line out. Groups that maintain those things by hand get drift; generated sites do not.

What we do not build, deliberately

We do not build patient portals, do not store clinical records and do not process protected health information on the website. Booking requests are handed to the systems that are built to hold them, your practice management software or your group CRM, and we do not keep a copy of clinical detail on the site. The website's job is to be the front door: fast, accurate, and honest about what it is. Anything that belongs in a clinical system stays in the clinical system, which keeps the site simple and keeps you out of a category of risk you do not need.

What you get

Questions about Dental group website development

What happens if a page falls below the guaranteed score?

We fix it at no charge and it does not use one of your revisions. The guarantee covers pages we build. If a third-party script you asked us to add is the cause, we will tell you plainly and show you the measurement.

Can we add our own tracking and chat tools?

Yes, and we will load them in the way that costs the least. Anything heavy loads after the page is interactive. If a tool cannot be loaded without breaking the score, we say so before it goes on rather than after.

Who owns the code?

The design and the code stay ours, which is set out in the terms. Your content, your articles and your domain are yours, and we export the content within 14 days if you ever leave.

Do you build on our existing hosting?

No. Hosting is part of the plan and runs on Cloudflare, which is how the speed guarantee is possible. There is no separate hosting bill, no SSL renewal and no bandwidth overage.

How is the site kept up to date after launch?

By us. Weekly detail updates cover hours, providers and insurance changes across every office. 5 revisions a month, of any size, cover everything larger, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Nobody at your group logs in to the website.
