A URL inventory you approve
Every existing page listed with a keep, move or retire decision, agreed before design starts.
The visual work is the easy half. The half that decides whether a redesign helps or hurts is what happens to the URLs, the pages that already rank and the reviews and biographies scattered across your current site. We start every redesign by inventorying what you have, deciding what keeps its address, what moves with a redirect and what should not survive at all, and getting you to approve that map before anything is designed. Groups that skip this step launch beautifully and then spend six months recovering.
What it costs
We list every URL on your current sites, including the office pages, the provider biographies, the service pages, the blog posts and the ones nobody remembers publishing. Each gets one of three decisions: keep the address, move with a 301 redirect, or retire and redirect to the nearest useful page. Anything that currently brings patients keeps a destination. You see the map as a list you can read, not a diagram, and you approve it before design starts. It is the single most reliable predictor of whether a redesign goes well.
Reviews, provider biographies, credentials, real photography of your offices and any article that still earns traffic come across. Copy that exists only inside a page builder is extracted rather than retyped, so nothing is lost in the move. What gets rewritten is the material that was written for nobody in particular: generic service pages, home page copy about excellence, and any claim about outcomes, which we do not carry forward on principle. Where an office had no page of its own, it gets one, which is usually the largest single gain in a group redesign.
Launch is staged rather than flipped. Redirects are in place before the switch, structured data is checked page by page against the office records, sitemaps are regenerated and submitted, and every office's booking route is tested with a real request before the old forms are turned off. Old office domains keep working as redirects for as long as you keep them registered. We watch the site for the first weeks after launch and fix anything that surfaces without it using a revision, because a launch problem is our work rather than a change you requested.
A redesign will not make an office rank in a town it has no page for, will not fix a Google Business Profile that disagrees with your website, and will not compensate for hours that are wrong. Those are structure and accuracy problems, and we fix them as part of the build rather than pretending the new look did it. We also cannot promise a ranking position, and we will not put a number on the improvement. What we do guarantee is the launch speed score, the redirect coverage, and that every office ends up with a page of its own.
Every existing page listed with a keep, move or retire decision, agreed before design starts.
Written, tested and live before the switch, including old office domains kept as redirects.
Credentials, photography and any article still earning traffic move with you rather than being retyped.
Usually the biggest gain in a group redesign: satellite offices stop being an address at the bottom of a page.
Schema checked per office, sitemaps regenerated, and every booking route proved with a real request before the old forms close.
We monitor the first weeks and fix anything that surfaces at no charge, without it using one of your revisions.
A move done with a full URL inventory, 301 redirects and per-office pages and schema is designed to preserve what already ranks. We cannot promise a specific position for any office. Our guarantee is that the site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months, and we keep working on it at no charge until it does.
Live in 7 days on Chairside, 10 on Operatory Suite and 15 on Group, measured from the onboarding call. A large inventory can add time to the mapping stage, and we tell you that on the call rather than at the end.
Addresses, yes. Any page that ranks can keep its URL. The design is applied consistently across the site, so a page that stays at the same address still gets the new layout.
They keep working as redirects for as long as you keep them registered, so a patient who bookmarked an office site still lands on that office's page. If you want an office to keep a standalone site, we build that structure instead.
No. Your current site stays live and untouched until launch day. Nothing changes for patients until the redirects and the routing have been tested.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $137 a month, the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
